The Eclipse of the Crescent Moon Film Foundation is dedicated to the development, production and distribution of film and media projects to the international marketplace. The Foundation supports several short films, documentaries, feature films and episodic content for television or new-media outlets. These are a few of our projects:

Feature Film


An orphaned peasant raised by nobility leads 2,000 Hungarians to victory against impossible odds after being surrounded during the historic Siege of Eger in 1552, ultimately killing over half of the 80,000 enemy troops and saving Europe from an Ottoman invasion.

Book & Feature Film


Nicholas, a Lycian priest in 343 AD, pursues a legendary child-hunting satyr named Krampus into the depths of Hades and sacrifices his own life to save the souls of hundreds of children... who become his elves when he is resurrected as the Santa Claus!

Documentary


The legend of Bikavér wine dates back to the Ottoman Empire's invasion of Hungary and the historic Siege of Eger in 1552. Hungarian wine makers still produce Bikavér wine, blending traditional and modern wine making techniques.

Animated Series


Centuries ago, ancient prophets spoke of an immortal one who will restore the lost treasures of China. Most people thought they were lost, but the great elders of China protect them and wait for them to be fulfilled… by a mighty panda with the royal mark of destiny.

Short Film


As an elderly couple watches the last vestige of their hopes and dreams being auctioned off to the thoughtless crowd, an old man takes the battered violin from the auctioneer’s hands. As he plays, the pure, beautiful tones calm their souls… and the Master does His work.

Vinnie is a 12-year-old boy sent back to earth with an angel, 40 years after he was killed. He’s on a mission to help an old, homeless man reconcile the mistakes of his past, but the only one that can help him is the man who killed him.
